Top 10 receive 40 → 4 in steps of 4. All other classified finishers receive 2 points each.
Points are awarded to classified finishers only. Positions beyond the scale receive the participation points shown above (where applicable). A rider's season total is the sum of all finishing points plus any bonus classification points.
Best Under-23 Rider (White Jersey) uses a dedicated 7-5-3-1 scale across the top 10 U23 finishers and is a separate ranking that does not contribute to the national totals. Waikineurope 100 km Challenge points do count toward the national rankings.
